Slab Cooling Unit is designed to cooperate with the mixer,the rubber roller-head extrude or the sheeting mill to make rubber sheets.It adopts overhead compound structure,which has simple and reasonable structure,operating easy and big space etc. characters.This unit composed of two parts:main machine and electrical control system.The main machine consists of a batch-off assembly,a slitting device,a dip bath,a stainless steel web holding lift,a platform,an air cooling device,an advanced device,a swing slab device etc.The electric control system uses a PLC control,which is selected from FX2Z-48MR series,is highly automatic and reliable.
