Centrifugal Pump

Type IS pump is single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, it is used to deliver clear water or other liquids which is chemically or physically similar to clear water, the temperature of the liquid is less than 80℃, Inlet pressure of pump is less than 0.3Mpa, it is suitable for delivering water in industry, city and farm irrigation.

Type IR hot water centrifugal pump is a energy-saving product which is developed on the base of type IS pump, it is suitable for delivering clear water or other liquids which is chemically or physically similar to clear water, the temperature of the liquid is less than 150℃, inlet pressure of pump is less than 0.8Mpa, it can equipped with boiler and heat-changing device as circulating pump and feed pump, also used to supply water, for example, supply water in city and mine etc.

Type IY single stage single suction centrifugal oil pump is also a energy-saving product which is developed on the base of type IS pump, it is suitable for delivering no-corrosive oil or petroleum products without solid particles and viscosity less than 120 centistokes, the temperature of the liquid is less than 80℃, inlet pressure of pump is less than 0.3Mpa.

Type IS, IR, IY pumps are designed according to National Standard ISO2858. Main parts are pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing parts and cantilever parts etc.

Type IS, IY pumps are designed at full back pull out, the pump casing and pump cover is separate from impeller back face, pump casing and pump cover are combined a working house; impeller, shaft, and rolling bearing are pump’s rotors which are supported by cantilever and bearing parts. In order to balance the axial force of pump, there are seal ring in most impeller’s front and back cover and also with balance holes in back cover, But there needn’t have seal ring and balance holes for these pumps which their axial force is small.

Type IR pump have same construction with type IS pump, pump cover and sealing hose are combined a cooling house, used for cooling packing and shaft, and prevent heat sending to bearing.

Bearing: adopt two radial ball bearing, (type IR pump is one set radial ball bearing, two set radial thrust-force ball bearing), installed in cantilever support, to support the pump shaft, and bear pump axial force and radial force.

Shaft seal: It uses either packing seal or mechanical seal, shaft sleeve is installed in shaft seal to protect shaft.
