Since the classification grain size is fine , even though the ordinary stricture hydrocyclone  reaches the required classification grain size, the classification efficiency will be decreased sharply , the amount of returning sand will be increased, and new feeding capacity of mill is low. The primary high fineness classifying hydrocyclone changes through structure to reduce the overflow to run rough and underflow clamp fine. At the same time of gaining high overflow fineness, high classification efficiency can be maintained.
