Instructions:

1: You just need to plug the G10 LED PL lamp into an existing fixture with no rewiring no cutting of wires  just plug them in and they will work. 2: If you use with ballast and ballast dies, then you can remove ballast and reuse the tubes.

Installations:

1: For retrofit project, you don’t need to remove ballast until ballast fails, then you just remove ballast and  reinsert G10 LED PL lamp, it will work without ballast. 2: For new installation project, you can just install the G10 LED PL lamp without any ballast, just direct  wiring to the lighting fitting at 100-277 Volts AC.
