The machine is an enhanced type of a high pressure locking tube machine in model 75, which is the special equipment for pressing the tube end of a high pressure rubber tube with a outer cover and a core together for the production or repair a hydraulic support.

The machine is composed of a locking & pressing mechanism, a motor, a gear pump, a control valve and an oil tank.

Ⅱ. The work principle and the work procedure
A locking & pressing mechanism is a work one in the machine. The pressing cover realizes a reciprocation movement under the leading of the ram plunger, which press or slacken the spring presser fixed on the core shaft to push the tube end, the outer cover and the core into the center hole on the spring presser. Then start the motor, the oil pump, the control valve to drive the ram plunger movement. By means of the pressing cover with a taper inner wall, press tightly the outer wale of the spring presser with a same taper to realize the pressing purpose. After change the direction, the pressing cover moves back and the spring presser returns to the original position and you can take the high pressure rubber tube connection end out.
Ⅲ. The usage instruction
1. The oil tank should be put a 46# hydraulic oil in trademark Great Wall to 75% of the oil tank height (the oil must be clear, otherwise it will damage the ram and the seal).
2. Before the work, put the increasing handle at a work position and start the motor for three minutes and run for two minutes with empty loads. The tooting seats should be put the lubricating oil.
3. Every oil cup should be put the machinery oil in 20#-30#.
4. Before the machine begins to lock & press the rubber tube, the pressing cover, the position 19th (the leading direction key), the position 13th (the pulley), the position 22nd (the taper face of tooting seat) etc. must be covered by a high class of lubricant(dithio-moly) to reduce the friction. Especially for the high pressure rubber tube over 32mm, it must be put one time for each 20 to 30(do not need too much each time).
5. When lock & press a high pressure tube with a large flange or a large elbow, if it can not be out into the machine,may move the increasing handle to the work position. After the tube is put in, you can lock & press it. After the lock & press, move the handle to the emergency stop position and put another end into the work position and move the handle to work position for locking & pressing and repeat this procedure. For a common high pressure rubber tube, the increasing handle can be put on the work position and do not need to move.
6. After work, the tooting and the pressing cover should be cleaned up and put the lubricating oil on and the tooting seat and the pressing cover can not be too near (that the pressing cover and the tooting seat do not touch is the standard). At last, stop the machine and loose the increasing handle and put it on the emergency stop position to make the inner spring loose.
7. It must be noted that before the start, the increasing handle must be on the work position, otherwise the start movement will damage the machine header to stop work.
Ⅳ. The installation and the use
1. The machine should be installed on the level foundation of the workshop.
2. The installation and the adjustment& test are the manufacturer to run the machine with an empty load and carry out a pressing & connection test with the tube connection end. After have been confirmed that it meets the design requirement, it can be allowed to leave the factory.
3. For locking & pressing the different specification of the rubber tube, it should be changed to the different specification of the pressing header.
4. After a long period of the use, if a leakage oil phenomenon is found, it is necessary to change the seal parts in the ram and the pipe& valve system on time.
5. The hydraulic oil should use 46# resisting wear one in trademark Great Wall and the oil temperature should be controlled in 30℃~35℃.
6. For the pressing mechanism work condition, it is necessary to carry out a fixed period of maintenance to assure the equipment in a normal running.
