1. Overview
Sand blasting technology is widely used in the fields such as ship, bridge, water conservancy project, mining machinery manufacturing, petroleum, chemical metallurgy, harbor building, rolling stock, instrumentation and meter, hot investment casting, electronic industry and so on. It’s the best cleaning method before coating large-area metal surface.
Sand blaster uses compressed air as driving force to spray abrasive materials to metal surface. The abrasive materials grind and polish the metal surface, removing surface inclusion and oxide layer to enlarge superficial area. In this way the coating’s bonding adhesion is enhanced and coating quality be improved.
Our blasting technology is introduced from Japan. It can improve 30% efficiency and reduce 20% abrasive material and power consumption compared with other sand blaster. It also has the traits of safety, simple structure, easy-operating and maintenance.
