1.Can I get any samples? Need I pay for the postage charge?
Usually,we can supply FREE samples but it must be less than 1 metre.If you need more than 1 meters,we have to charge samples fee.Customer need pay for the postage charge.If you raise official order to us,postage charge will be returned.
2.What is your MOQ? Can we raise order less than MOQ?
Normally,MOQ is 5000 meters per color or design.If your price or payment term are good,we can accept small quantity orders.
3.Can we make our own designs?
We can accept customized designs and do not reveal the designs to other customers.
4.How can we start order?
Please offer the details of fabrics or samples and we can supply reasonsible price A.S.A.P.If you accept our quotation,we will organise matchable sample to you for approval.When you confirm pre production sample and raise official order,we will arrange production as early as possible.
5.What about your delivery time?
In general,it will take 15-25days after deposit,if your order quantity are too large,it would be more days.
