1. charging system

The feeding system of 6. Li JS2000 concrete mixer is composed of hoisting mechanism, feeding rack, hopper and feeding nozzle.

 2. mixing system

The mixing system is composed of motor, pulley, reducer, open gear, mixing drum, mixing device, oil supply device and so on.

the motor is directly connected with the cycloid reducer, and the output shaft of the reducer two drives the horizontally arranged stirring shaft to rotate uniformly in the opposite direction.

The circular arc part of the mixing cylinder is welded, and the mixing barrel is provided with five liner plates which are connected and fastened with the cylinder body by the countersunk head screw.

3. discharge system

The unloading system is composed of unloading hopper, air pump, reversing valve, split valve, cylinder, electric and so on.

the discharge door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, pneumatic unloading through the cylinder, but also to control the opening and closing position of the discharge door. By adjusting the position of the sealing strip, it can ensure the sealing of the discharge door.

Unloading system is also equipped with manual lever, for temporary power outages, emergency discharge and cylinder failure when unloading, usually should be removed, in order to prevent wounding.
