IH Chemical pump is single stage and single suction cantilever centrifugal pump and is energy saving and renewal replacement product instead of F type anticorrosive centrifugal pump. It is used for the industrial departments of conveying the free suspended grain corrosive liquid or free pollution medium in petroleum, chemical ,synthetic fiber, fertilizer,power station, metallurgy, food and medicine etc. The conveying medium temperature is -20 to 105 Celsius Degree and can reach 180 degree celsius if adopting the special measurement.
The pump speed can be 2900 rpm or 1450rpm
Max flow rate: 240m3/h, Max head: 125m for the speed of 2900rpm
Max flow rate: 400m3/h, Max. head:55m for the speed of 1450rpm
User can select the different materials to the pump overflow part and main spare parts according to the corrosive degree of the pumped medium. The pump overflow and main spare parts materials and their codes of materials are as follows
SS304, SS316, SS316L etc
