Features:

1), Has improved the original American structure of vacuum chamber, with the current capacity from the original maximum current 230A changed into 280A;

2), Has improved the cooling system structure, modified the cooling water temperature from the original 4 degrees centigrade to the updated indoor temperature, saving considerable electricity consumption;

3), Has improve the mechanical transmission structure replaced by magnetic fluid transmission structure, so that the satellite rotating frame will not be stuck by high temperature;

4), The effective coating area is of 1650x1100mm, available to accommodate oversized mold (750x1250X600mm) and broach from gear manufacturers. In China this is the largest volume of functional coating equipment.

Application:

Hollow cathode coater is mainly used in the functional coating of tools, abrasives, large-scale mirror film, plastic mold, hobbing cutter and other products.
