Installation and adjustment
1. installation
(1) GZ series electric vibrators are all suspended installations. The suspension lever of the vibrator should be suspended vertically. In order to reduce the lateral swing of the feeder, the suspension rod of the feeding trough should be placed 10 degrees outward. Four hanging trapeze hanging in the structure has enough stiffness, in order to maintenance and replacement for large feeder trough should be convenient, layout of the mobile carriage suspension hanger.
(2) when installation is generally not disassembled and installed, there should be a certain swimming gap around the feeder, so that the feeder is in free state.
(3) the horizontal supply of the feeder after the installation is horizontal so as to avoid the material offset to one side when the feeder is working.
(4) the wiring is carried out according to the control principle diagram and the grounding protection is carried out.
(5) the installed feeder must unlock the bolt and lock the bolt with the nut before the test operation.
2. adjustment
Electromagnetic feeder factory has good debugging, after the basic parameters of the test site does not reach the design requirement, should make some necessary adjustments, the steps are as follows:
(1) the air gap between the armature core assembly adjustment: Design of air gap GZ series electric vibrators vibrating feeder is 2 mm (i.e. core and armature assembly gap), if the assembly gap is too large, will cause a significant current increase, as well as burning coil; on the contrary, if the gap is too small, the core and the armature will be prone to damage caused by collision, core and armature. The adjustment of assembly gas gap of the series electric vibrating feeder is realized by four adjusting bolts of the long hole of the core lug or the rear of the iron core. While adjusting the assembly air gap, the two working faces of the iron core and the armature must be kept in parallel, and then the adjustment bolts are tightened.
(2) tuning of the elastic system: the tuning of the elastic system of this series of vibrator is realized by adjusting the number of plates in the plate spring group. When tuning, first tighten the plate spring coupling fork positioning fastening bolts and release the assembly with the bolt, and then connect the power, adjust the potentiometer knob, gradually increase the current amplitude and amplitude, observe signs shown, if the current reaches the rated value when the amplitude is small, you should first put the bolt on a plate spring relax, then if the amplitude increases, the current decline, indicating plate spring stiffness is too large, should be appropriately increased in number of spring. If the bolt of the top plate spring is relaxed, the amplitude is reduced, and the stiffness of the rigid board spring group is low, and the number of plate spring should be increased properly. If the initial drive, when the current reaches the rated value, the amplitude is larger and exceeds the rated value, it is indicated that the stiffness of the plate is low and the number of plate spring should be increased properly.
If repeated, until the amplitude and current reach the rated value (when the amplitude reaches the rated value, the current is slightly lower than the rated value).
The adjustment of productivity and operation and maintenance
The productivity regulation of the electric vibration feeder:
1, adjust the amplitude of feeder, in the rated amplitude range, rotary control box potentiometer knob or input automatic control signal can directly adjust the amplitude, so that it can stepless adjust the productivity of feeder.
2, adjusting the opening of the storehouse gate and changing the thickness of the material layer can also achieve the purpose of adjusting the productivity of the feeder.
The operation and maintenance of the electromagnetic feeder:
During the operation of the electromagnetic feeder, we must check the rated condition of the feeding tank's amplitude and current regularly. For example, when the spring bolt is loose or the leaf spring is broken, the air gap between the iron core and the armature will change or impact, so we must deal with it immediately. The feeder must check every day and tighten all the top tightening bolts in the first week, and check and tighten once a day after a week, until the operation of the equipment is stable.
