reducer case:adopt ZLYJ series professional design for  single screw extruder  with a thrust bearing device, the design adopts JB/T8853-2001 technology specification "" provisions of the cylindrical gear reducer, the output shaft adopts high strength 42CrMo, other gear and shaft parts with high strength of 20CrMnTi material by gear; carburizing, quenching, grinding process, high hardness, high precision gear; gear accuracy of GB10095-88,6 level, tooth surface hardness HRC-54 ~ 62, the output shaft end thrust bearing in the hollow configuration, working under the screw axial thrust, small size, high carrying capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, high efficiency. When the oil level is lower than the position of oil gauge, please add load industrial gear oil L-CKC220 or L-CKC320 (oil, customers need to purchase their own)
