The chromatographic conditions and system suitability test used octadecyl silane bonded silica gel as the filler, acetonitrile-water (52.5:47.5) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 260nm, and the flow rate was 2ml per minute. The theoretical plate number should be no less than 5000 calculated according to phoxim peak. The separation degree of phoxim main peak and impurity peak should meet the requirements.
Appropriate amount of the product was determined by the method, which was accurately weighed, dissolved with acetonitrile and quantitatively diluted into a solution containing about 0.5mg per 1ml, and then 10 millil was injected into the liquid chromatograph to record the chromatogram. Octyl thiophosphorus control was obtained and measured by the same method. Calculate the peak area according to the external standard method (convert test quantity to ml by relative density).
