Introduction

Working principle
The material enters into the crushing cavity of the stone crusher, and is stacked on the middle bracket set by the machine. The hammer head runs in the gap of the middle bracket, continuously crushing the material and falling. The falling small pieces are further crushed by the hammer head running at high speed, and are finally discharged after passing the arc grate plate.The motor drives the belt and belt pulley, and makes the moving jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the moving jaw to the fixed jaw.When the moving jaw goes down, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller. The moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the broken cavity.
Structure
The crusher is mainly composed of frame, eccentric shaft, belt wheel, side guard plate, toggle plate, discharge port adjustment device, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, safety device and so on.

3.The working part of the crushing cavity
It is mainly composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, side lining plate and guard plate.
4.Safety device
It is composed of toggle plate, toggle plate seat, spring, spring rod, etc., which is the spare parts of crusher playing the role of safety protection under abnormal circumstances.
5.Discharge port adjustment device
It is mainly composed of adjusting fixed inclined block, adjusting sliding inclined block, screw bolt and sliding block locking rod, etc., which is used to adjust the size of discharge port and control the size of discharging material.
