Product Introduction
PYY single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is applied to secondary, tertiary or four-stage crushing of ores, rocks or batholithic materials in large or medium-sized sand and ores processing enterprises. The single hydraulic cylinder lifts the moving cone to achieve the outlet adjustment, chamber cleaning, overload protection and to solve the iron congestion; intelligent electronic outlet controlling system realizes the process control and optimization in the production. It's widely applied in black, colorful or nonmetal mining and sand and rocks industries.
Working Principle
The pinion drives the gear wheel and the gear wheel assembly (including gear wheel, the gear wheel frame and the eccentric steel sleeve) drive eccentric sleeve assembly (including eccentric steel sleeve and eccentric bronze sleeve) and the main bearing assembly (including the main bearing, inner cone and the inner cone liner) to rotate in the bronze lining sleeve centered on theoretical vertical line. The main bearing assembly can achieve self-rotation inside the eccentric bronze sleeve by the center line of the bearing. During the no-load run, the eccentric sleeve assembly rotates embracing the main bearing assembly and the gear wheel. After materials enter into the crushing chamber, the main bearing (main bearing and the inner cone) will slowly rotate on its own under the friction of materials. the trajectory of the inner cone looks like the reciprocating motion in the chamber and it rotates slowly. Materials are pressed and crushed by oscillated inner cone. The junction between the support sleeve and the frame is pressed by the hydraulic cylinder. When there are slugs or other indestructible objects in the crusher, the moving cone of the single cylinder will be lifted by the hydraulic piston at the bottom which achieves outlet adjustment, tramp iron protection, repeated falling and ores congestion elimination.
Performance Characteristics
1. Wide scope of application:
It can crush hard rocks and gain various types of chambers by replacing liners on the same machine, thus, it is applicable to different working conditions. Stable and larger feeding inlet is suitable for secondary crushing (or primary crushing).
2. Good shape of products:
Optimization of crushing frequency and eccentricity and the lamination crushing ensures good shape of materials at the outlet size.
3. Lower production cost:
Optimized liner design consumes less steel per unit; lamination crushing and cram feeding ensures higher productivity.
4. Easy operation and maintenance:
Stepless adjustment of the feeding inlet can be achieved by controlling the button, which is to adjust the hydraulic pressure. The operation is more intuitive in the production. There is no need of feeding in the installation after precision work.
5. High automatization:
PYY cone crusher adopts PLC control system, making it easier to operate and control the crusher and reduce the labor cost.
