Product Introduction
Double roller crusher crushes materials by rolling and grinding force produced by relative rotation of two sets of independent transmitting rollers. It's applied to primary and secondary crushing of crisp lumpy materials in the cement, chemical, electricity, mining, metallurgy, construction, refractory materials and coal industries. With large feeding size and adjustable discharging granularity, it can crush materials with the compressive strength of no more than 160MPa. The machine is especially used in the coal industry to crush the raw coal. It can directly crush without removing the waste rock after deferrization and removing the dust. With even discharging sizes and low over-crushing ratio, it's also applied to clay, rubber and branches.
Working Principle
There is a wedge or gasket adjustment between two rollers with adjustment bolt on the top of it. When the adjustment bolt lifts the wedge, the wedge will jack up the moving roller from the fixed pulley, that is, the gap between rollers is enlarged as well as the discharging size. When the wedge moves downward, the gap and the discharging size become small under the action of pressure spring by the moving roller. The gasket adjusts the discharging size by way of decreasing the amount or reducing the thickness. The gap will be enlarged when increasing gasket, or vice versa.
The driving structure pulls the roller on the sheave through V-belt driven by two motors and makes is rotate at a relative direction. Materials enter into the feeding inlet through the roller for grinding and crushing and the finished products will be discharged from below the chassis.
Performance Characteristics
1. It has screening and crushing functions.
2. Two gear rollers are not of equal circle, meshing or running at an equal speed.The feature greatly improves the cutting and crushing results of ores and reduces the congestion of gear roller crusher currently.
3. Dual Overload Protection
On one hand, torque limiting hydraulic coupling has absorbed the impact force produced in the crushing which makes the machine operates stably; on the other hand, it protects the whole machine. once there is a jam or overload inside it, the hydraulic coupling will automatically stop the transmission of power and makes it run with no load, thus, both motor and gear rollers are protected.
4. Reasonable Structure and Long Duration
The gear rollers are lined spirally which is not only beneficial to discharge qualified materials but also decreases the amount of stressed gear teeth which is favorable to crush lumpy materials. What's more, it accomplishes crushing under double action between the gear roller and the liner and the jaw body which reduces the workload of gear teeth, improves the efficiency and prolongs the useful time of the whole machine.
