Product Introduction

Fine crusher is also called high efficiency fine crusher or fifth high efficiency fine crusher. The performance has already reached to the international advanced level. It's the most effective and reliable crusher, especially in fine and secondary crushing of hard and crisp materials like refractory materials, cement, quartz sand, steel sand, cinder powder, copper ore, iron, gold sand, concrete aggregate and bitumen aggregate. It's an effective and energy-saving crusher, which saves energy by 50%. It’s typically used in manual manufacturing of sand currently, as the substitute of rod mill, impact sand machine and straight sand machine.


Working Principle

Rotors fixed on the main bearing is driven by the motor. When materials fall from the feeding inlet, they will rotate at a high speed. Firstly, they are impacted by the hammer of the rotor and then are thrown onto the impact plate along the direction of tangent. Then, they will return to the space (crushing chamber) between the circumference and the impact plate under the action of the oblique surface. After the repetition, materials are crushed by the impact of the hammer, impact plate and materials. Materials will enter into the secondary crushing chamber by gravity if they are smaller than the discharge space of the first one. The process of crushing is the same as the first one. What is different is that: the linear velocity of the secondary rotor is faster than that of the first one, the impact is bigger and crushed materials are smaller. They will be finally discharged from the outlet if the size is qualified.

Performance Characteristics

Instructions

1. Check whether the access door of vortex chamber is closed in order to prevent materials from rushing out of the door.

2. The impeller should rotate anticlockwise looking from the feeding inlet, which is the correct direction. Check it if it’s opposite. Stop the machine and adjust the wiring of the motor.

3. The feeding must be in accordance with the technical parameters. Overfeeding will cause imbalance of the impeller and over abrasion, even congestion of the impeller channel and center feed pipe. Thus, it’s not allowed to feed materials larger than the feed inlet.

4. Pay high attention to the situation of the equipment to see if there is anything abnormal like vibration or noise.

5. The machine should be stopped in order.
