Introduction
Rotary ball mill is the main grinding machine to grind various mineral ores, coal, cement raw materials with dry process and wet process. There are two kinds of ball mills, grate type and over fall type due to different ways of discharging material, or wet ball mill and dry ball mill according to grinding process
Ball mill is an efficient tool for grinding materials like rocks, raw-of-mine ores in a tumbling mill with the presence of metallic balls or other media into fine powder. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different forms of discharging material.
Features
1. The ball mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electrical controller) and so on.
2. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel, and the lining can be replaced. The big rotary gear is forged from cast rolling gears.
3. The barrel body is inlaid with wearable plates.
Application
Ball mill is a key equipment for fine grinding, regrinding etc. Our ball mill can grind crushed ore or other materials that can be grinded either by wet process or by dry process.
Where size control of the final product is important, closed circuit grinding is the most efficient method of operation. The production of a higher quality product at a lower cost justifies the additional capital investment.
