Fully-automatic Medical Face Mask Making Machine | Surgical Mask Production Line
This production line is for making surgical face masks and the machine produces 3-to-4-ply masks automatically by the following procedures.
1) Unwinding and feeding non-woven fabrics
2) Folding and laminating fabrics
3) Feeding and positioning nose bars
4) Welding and cutting the masks
5) Feeding and welding earloops
The above process is done automatically and continuously by PLC.
