1. Chipping section:

Choose wood chip machine according to output and log diameter size, there are drum wood chip machine and disc wood chip machine.This section mainly cuts logs from trees with a diameter of less than 500mm into small wood chips with a diameter of less than 50mm to reduce the power and difficulty of crushing in the fine powder stage.

2. Crushing section:

The wood chips are crushed by a multifunctional crusher. The multi-functional grinder developed by Richi Machinery adopts the combination of positive and negative pressure for discharging, which is the most advanced discharging method in China.

The new secondary dust removal method effectively reduces dust emission. This section is mainly to pulverize small wood chips into wood chips within 8mm for processing by the wood pellet making machine.

3. Drying section:

According to the input moisture provided by the customer and the output moisture required to make pellets, the evaporation is calculated, so as to select the diameter and length of the drum and the model of the hot blast stove.

The common dryers now include three-cylinder dryers, single-cylinder dryers, and airflow dryers; among them, the tumble dryer is recognized by the majority of customers as the most common and most cost-effective one. Drying equipment. In this section, the wood chips with a moisture content of 20%-60% are dried to 12-18% for the next step of granulation.

4. Pelletizing section:

Process wood chips into pellets with diameters of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. The wood pellet granulator machine is the most important part of the entire wood pellet production line.

Before granulating, iron blocks, stones, etc. need to be sorted out to prevent damage to the ring die and pressure wheel of the wood pellet mill machine, thereby prolonging the service life of the vulnerable parts of the wood pellet machine.
The company uses the most advanced vertical ring die wood pellet forming machine in the country for granulation.
The main machine of the 3-4 tons per hour wood pellet production line adopts 3 ring die 560 wood pellet press machines with a single wood pellet machine power of 90KW and an hourly output of up to 1-1.5 tons.
The production line is equipped with 3 hosts, with an output of up to 4 tons per hour; the total power is 270KW, and the machine has two layers of molds, which are common up and down; the wearing parts are treated by special processes, and the life expectancy is extended; 560 type ring die wood pelletizing machine has been developed to the sixth generation, with high stability; and equipped with two pellet machines, it can avoid delays in production due to wood pelletizer machine failures.


5. Cooling section:

After the pellets are produced, the temperature is at 70-90 degrees, and the packaging needs to be cooled. The directly packaged pellets will break; the counter-flow sieving machine can be used for direct packaging, and the cooling machine will reduce the pellets from 70-90. Temperature, cool to room temperature ± 5 degrees, and screen the powder and shreds to prepare for the next step of packaging. This section adopts countercurrent air cooling, which has the advantages of good dust removal effect and short cooling time.

6. Packaging stage:

The compressed finished pellets can be packaged using automatic packaging machines or manual packaging machines, generally in bags and ton bags. This section is packaged according to customer requirements. The fully automatic packaging machine used by the company has a large packaging volume and less labor occupation, which will greatly reduce packaging costs.
