Medical blister packs recycling machine adopts physical separation method to separate aluminum and plastic from medical blister packs. It’s an environmental protection machine. the whole process include crushing, grinding, electrostatic separation. Most of aluminum plastic composted material made by heating sealing method which is hard to separate by crusher, therefore, after crushing, we need add grinding process and rotary vibration screen to make sure aluminum and plastic can be separate totally.

The working process of medical blister packs recycling machine: After crushing, scrap medical blister packs crushed to pieces less than 10mm, then crushed pieces will be transferred into grinder by wind conveyor. The crushed pieces will be grinded to powder. And rotary vibration screen can control the size of the powder less than 24 mesh to make sure aluminum and plastic are not composited together. The last step, we use electrostatic separator to separate aluminum and plastic to reach high separate rate over 99%. The grinder is provided with a circulating water cooling system to avoid plastic will be melted or changed color due to high temperature of the blades. We use pulse dust collector to collect dust during whole process to maintain the cleanness of the workplace also avoid the air pollution.
The advantage of the medical blister packs recycling machine:
1.High metal recycling rate. With our high technology electrostatic separator, the aluminum recycling rate could be about 99.9% after the whole machine processing.
2.Environmental friendly machine. The whole process doesn’t has air pollution, chemical pollution and water pollution totally friendly to environment.
3.Fully automatically. PLC control, easy to operate, just need 2 operators.
