Plastic to oil machine

Now we have two kinds of machine that can get oil from waste plastics. One is waste plastic pyrolysis plant, and the other one is waste oil distillation machine. waste plastic pyrolysis plant can pyrolyze waste plastic into pyrolysis oil. waste oil distillation machine can refine plastic pyrolysis oil into diesel.
From waste plastic to diesel
The plastic pyrolysis oil is a kind of heavy oil. It is a kind of very good heating fuel, with 10592.48Kcal/kg heating value, which is much higher than that of coal. It has a good market in different countries. The fuel oil is widely used in boiler factory, cement factory, steel factory, brick factory, glass factory, heavy oil power plant, warm supply center and so on.

For diesel, you need to process plastic by pyrolysis plant to get pyrolysis oil firstly and then process pyrolysis oil by oil distillation machine to get diesel.The diesel can be used to heavy machinery, such as excavator and construction machine like this, and generator and boiler, also can be used to trucks and tractors.
 Application of diesel
For these two machines : waste plastic pyrolysis plant and waste oil distillaiton machine, we have different models, different configurations, you can choose the right equipment according to your needs and budget, or you can tell us your basic information, we will recommend the right machine for you.
For waste plastic pyrolysis plant, our regular model is 10/12/15t daily capacity, if you want other model, we can also customized for you. For waste oil distillation machine, the regular model is 5/10t daily capacity. The diesel oil yield can reach 85%.
The working time of one batch of the two machines is about 20 hours, depending on the size of the machine, the running time will vary slightly.
