　　Full-automatic washing and filling machine of LTLD series microcomputer control is special for the filling barreled water, which is widely used to the filling of pure water, distilled water, mineral water and other aseptic liquid. This kind of equipment is the integration of bottle-washing, filling, capper pressing and finished-product, which has the high automation, stable performance, convenient operation.

　　This equipment adopts alternative current single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V power source, the frequency is 50HZ, the control system adopts Taiwan programmable logic controller and alternative current contactor, in the whole electric control system, no inductive switch and movable contact electrical installation, which can reduce the faults. The drives of bottle-washing, filling, capper pressing , bottle-pulling are cylinder drives, which are the import pneumatic components. Capper-arrangement device adopts Taiwan minitype low-speed electromotor, bottle-washing and filling adopt full-stainless steel water pump. The whole process of bottle-washing, filling, capper cover, capper-pressing is operated in the close channel automatically, which is the aseptic production, disinfection liquid is filled directly from the outer machine through the inner pipeline, which is the best optimal three-five gallon barreled water filling equipment and the capacity will be achieved easily.
