The XKYF-610 PLC Oil Filling System is used for the measurement control systems of the large petrochemical storage of petroleum refineries and chemical plants. It is also used for the measurement control systems of the stations of petroleum pipeline.
System Composition:
It is composed of an upper industrial control machine, a printer, a PLC control system, a field operation of encoder, and a field instrument power supply system.
The field operation of encoder used the intrinsically safe design and it has a LCD screen and an IC socket on its face-plate. The PLC system is composed by the PLC modules and it mainly includes CPU, pulse input, Switching value I/O, and analog input module. The PLC modules is installed in the standard industrial control cabinets and it connects the field instrument through the connection terminal.

3. Since the field instruments need different operating voltage, the system offers 6V/ 12V/24V source.
4. The XKYF-610 Oil Filling System is equipped with the electrostatic oil spill link age device interface. You can check the statement of the electrostatic oil spill alarm signal through the interface.
5. Every goods allocations of the system is equipped with order button and emergency stop button. These buttons are used for controlling all the operations of the goods allocations when filling oil.
6. The system acquits the multiple state signals of the field instrument to complete the work of accident judgments, settlement, and record.
7. The instrument data input pin has been accessed to plastic module, which has greatly improved reliability of data access.
8. Input/ output points offer 20% redundancy, which makes it easy to backup in operation.
9. You can choose the dual machine backup model if you like. The dual machine model can increase the reliability of the system and reduce the system maintenance time at the same time.
