Characters: White or slightly yellow crystalline powder. Melting point 158-162 ℃. Soluble in acetone, slightly soluble in alcohol, chloroform, ethyl ether, almost insoluble in water. Tasteless, almost odorless.
Usage: Non-steroid anti-inflammatory analgesic. Inhibits cyclooxygenase (IC50=0.1uM) selectively over liposygenases (IC50=100uM for 5-,12- and 15-LO). A clinically useful NAISD.
The product anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effect was mainly used for salicylic acid pharmaceuticals difficult to tolerate, or the effect is not significant rheumatic and arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis light, osteoarthritis, etc.
