Details

This production line uses wood materials such as small-diameter logs, tree branches, laths, and wood residues like shavings and sawdust. A chipping-flaking (or long log flaking) method is adopted to prepare flakes. A single-pass dryer (or triple pass dryer, rotary dryer) is used to dry flakes. Face particles and core particles are separated by means of screening and wind sifting (option). Face particles and core particles are dosed, glued and blended separately. Diamond roll classified continuous mat forming (or airflow forming) . Cyclic single-opening hotpressed. After cooling, raw boards are sawed to graded-density particleboard with sizes of 1220×2440mm, 1525×2440mm, 1830×2440mm or other special dimensions required by users. The panels will be ready for sale after sanding.

 

Features:
1. Wide availability of raw materials. Coarse materials are utilized to produce quality particleboard which is resource-saving and environment-friendly.
2. Low glue consumption. Electronic dosing technology is used for continuous, stable and accurate dosing of materials, and online detection and control is realized. The mixing and gluing system features whole-process precise control. Glue spraying technology makes the glue atomized for uniform blending and decreased glue consumption.
3. Internationally advanced diamond roll classified forming is adopted, which helps obtain a solid surface with no coarse flakes, a symmetrical section, a graded-density structure and a uniform three-layer mat structure. Ideal mat forming is realized and market needs are met.
4. Large-size single-opening hotpressing. Synchronized mechanical and hydraulic control ensures the stable and synchronized lifting of the top platen. High-precision displacement and pressure sensors and advanced hydraulic control technology controls the compression rate to meet the preset density profile requirements, and precisely controls board thickness and minimizes thickness error. The use of an auxiliary hotpress degassing control system speeds up the degassing rate and reduces the odds of “explosions”. As a result, sanding allowance is reduced, raw materials are saved, and energy consumption is reduced. The hydraulic control system features world advanced components and cartridge valve integration, which ensures low trouble and stable and reliable performance.
5. For trimming and cut-off of large size panels, one or multiple saw machines are used, which is more flexible and practical. Apart from standard sizes, customized dimensions can also be obtained.
6. The complete set of electrical control system of this particleboard production line features internationally advanced electrical elements, and is accurate and stable. PC and PLC control technologies are widely used, which ensures ease of operation and stable and reliable performance.
