The melting point of the sheath and core difference between 30 to 130 degrees centigrade. Hence, the production process is easy to control.
Composite processing is including cast, ultrasonic and thermal compound method and others.
Other applications: disposable baby diaper and feminine products, medical products,adult incontinence products, high-end face mask, surgical gowns, special bags for protecting electronic products, composite material, coating, substrate material,disposable baby diapers, feminine hygiene, surgical gowns, various protective clothing, composite packaging materials, clothing interliningsinfiltration media and so on.
Because no spinning additives are added during the process, so it has no harm to human skin. We can produce SOFT-EP bicomponent nonwoven fabric with thickness of 0.8 denier, in the weight of 10 to 150gsm and the width of 5 to 320cm.
