Reflective powder use method:
Water screen printing method 1: reflective powder can be directly added to the aqueous slurry, adjustable uniform (may be appropriate to add additives enhance fastness), can beprinting, printing.
Water screen printing method 2: reflective powder can be directly added to the transparent paste, evenly (may be appropriate to add additives enhance fastness), can be printing,printing.
Method 3: oily silk reflective powder can be directly added to thelight oil, evenly (may be appropriate to add additives enhance fastness), can be printing, printing.
4: oily screen printing method can be directly added to the ink,made of reflective ink, screen printing or brush to fabric or other items, simple operation, easy to master. Add the amount according to the number of add reflective brightness.
Oily screen printing method 5: first bottom coating printing paste, coated reflective paste - drying and curing.
Note: to clean the construction surface 1 before use, no oilsurface, drying.
2 the construction must be before the light reflective paintprimer and stirring evenly; painting process stirring constantly,in order to prevent reflective powder deposition.
