XSD wheel sand washer is the high-efficiency sand washing equipment developed by TARZAN according to customers’ practice, feedback and combined with foreign advanced technology. When working, sand grind each other to remove the impurity wrapped on the surface of sand and destroy the vapor layer around sand under the driving of impellers. Then cleaning processing is finished by the powerful water flow. It is suitable for washing, grading and decontaminating fine or coarse material in metallurgy, construction material, and water and electricity industries. It is especially suitable for building sand and road construction.

Sand enters the washing trough from the fed trough, roll and grind each other under the driving of impellers. Then wrapped impurity around the sand surface is removed and the vapor layer is destroyed at the same time. While the impurities and dirt is removed by the added water flow and discharged from the overflow outlet. Cleaned sand is conveyed by the rotating impellers to the discharge chute.
