EAGER Series Jet-type Patcher

 EAGER series Jet-type Patcher is a professional road repair equipment for potholes, adopted Cummins engine as the injection power source, and Roots air blower produces high-speed airflow with emulsified asphalt tank and vibration screed to complete the repair process. 

The device is using special air transportation system, mixed the gravel and asphalt emulsion in the injection port, and then pouring into the repair pits rapidly, emulsified asphalt emulsion-breaking fast, formed of asphalt concrete, cement in the repair pits, formed of new asphalt concrete pavement, thus completing the road repair.

The device can be used for asphalt pavement and concrete pavement patching, with short repair time and simple construction process, good adhesion and long service life of repaired pavement and other characteristics. It is the ideal equipment for road pits repairing.
