solubility :This product is soluble in chloroform (50 mg/ml). It is also soluble in various oils. The oil solutions can be sterilized by maintaining at 150 deg C for 1 hour. It is practically insoluble in water, soluble 1 in 6 of ethanol, 1 in 4 of acetone, 1 in 20 of ethyl oleate, and 1 in 30 of propylene glycol. The product is incompatible with alkalis and oxidizing agents and it should be protected from light.
