sandstone production line introduction:
Sandstone production line is used to produce sand and stone used in construction, equipments used in it include: jaw crusher, stone crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating sieve, sand washer, belt conveyor and so on. Our equipments enjoys the features of reliable performance, rational design, convenient operation, high efficiency etc.
The sandstone production line roughly includes : (silo)-----vibrating feeder----jaw crusher----impact crusher----vibrating sieve-----(finished product-stone). All the equipments above-mentioned can be connected by belt conveyor.
We can provide not only the equipments used in the production line but also the technical support, this production line includes the following equipments: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating sieve and belt conveyor. According to different technical process, we combine different model of equipments in order to meet the needs of our clients.
Firstly, introduction of the sandstone production line procedures
Stone is evenly sent to jaw crusher for primary crushing by feeder, then the roughly crushed stone is sent to impact crusher for secondary crushing by belt conveyor. After secondary crushing, the stone is screened by vibrating sieve, the unfavourable stone is conveyed back to the impact crusher for another crushing.
Secondly, introduction of the sandstone production line performance
This production line enjoys the advantages of high automation degree, adjustable size of finished product, high crushing rate, energy saving, high throughput, evenly-sized and good shaped finished product. It can be used in high way and bridge these big, medium and small construction projects.
