The SN54283 is 4-bit binary full adders with fast carry.The sum output is provided for each bit and the resultant carry is obtained from the fourth bit. Features of the SN54283 are:(1)full-carry look-ahead across the four bits;(2)systems achieve partial look-ahead performance with the economy of ripple carry;(3)supply voltage and ground on corner pins to simplify P-C board layout. The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54283 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:7V;(2)input voltage:5.5V;(3)interemitter voltage:5.5V;(4)operating free-air temperature range:-55℃ to 125℃;(5)storage temperature:-65℃ to 150℃.
