Special purpose riveting machine of brake shoes and linings:
The purpose design of model BM9W is for processing brake shoes and linings, especially for heavy duty truck brake shoes and linings. Due to the brake shoes is heavy and difficult to carry by manual that the machine style by horizontal and put the brake shoe and lining on workbench by horizontal direction. The machine by orbital structure and cold forming, the workbench movable to meet brake shoe's different width and rivets position, and brake shoe no need to clamping during processing. Hydraulic system equipped with throttle valve to control piston speed effectively. Electric control system equipped with counter and time relay to made operation easy and simple. Oil tank can joint with machine and also can separated from fuselage.
