Dredging pump is a horizontal centrifugal pump, specially produced for the river, lake and sea dredging. With the advantage of light weight, good wear resistance, strong suction ability, max flow particle size and so on.
The pump system is mainly composed of dredging pump head, dredging pump gearbox, high-elastic coupling, marine transmission monitoring system.
The wet pump parts of impeller, front liner, rear liner is made of special high chrome alloy, with the hardness not less than 58HRC, while the pump casing material selection, takes into account the pressure requirements, to use of wear-resistant cast steel, with a hardness about 48HRC. And also depending on the different dredging application, we use different material to meet the requirements of the customer.
Pump type of 200WN to500WN, the pump shaft seal could use mechanical seal, soft packing seal or mechanical seal plus soft packing seal.
Pump type of 600WN to 1000WN, the pump shaft seal is a spiral sleeve L-shaped rubber sealing.
