Emulsifier

 The cutting system consists of knife heads which rotate with the motor shaft and hole plate,which are mounted in the housing.Each knife head has three replaceable insert blades.

The space between the knife and the hole plate can be adjusted allowing you to control the output,temperature and consistency of the product.

The cutting system is simple to use and easy to set up.adjustment is possible while the machine is running,thus maintaining constant product quality .

Knife heads with 3,6wings;Hole plates with hole sizes from 0.5mm to 18mm.

Application include the processing of meat and also the processing of cheese,vegetables,fruits,sweets and products of the chemical industry.

Because of its low hopper height,the emulsifier can be loaded directly from the bowl cutter or the mixer.The emulsifier is mounted on wheels and can be moved easily from one location to another
