Double column vertical lathe machine is equipped with AC asynchronous servo motor to drive,  through the two gears mechanical speed to achieve stepless speed control.Its metal casting is made of high quality resin sand casting process.Column is closed by gantry frame, and the structure dimension and stress state are optimized by finite element analysis.Double column vertical lathes table has large bearing capacity and high rotary accuracy,its spindle adopts NN30 double row cylindrical roller bearings.
