Strict inspection we do during operation

How to test the part?

 

1. Before pouring, we will test the material and do the material report.

2. After Pouring, we will choose 10-20 parts per furnace to do the measurement.

3. When doing the after treatment, we will measure some of the parts per day.

4. After after-treatment, we will use testing toolings to test every parts.

5. Before shippment, we will test 5 parts or the quantity customer want to do the report, and will send the material report and meausrement report together with productions to customer.
