Galvanized gabion box is the most common and most practical kind used in the project.To fill with stones at the river bank or seaside to stop flood, on the mountain prevent rock falling.We mainly export gabions to Western Europe, Mid-South America, Southeast Asia, and etc..
Steel wire used in the manufacture is hot-dip galvanizing or galfan(zinc 95%, aluminum 5%).If it is required, 0, 5 mm thick PVC is then coated on the galvanized/galfan wire to provide added protection for use in aggressive environments with acidic soils and water, in salt or fresh water or wherever the risk of corrosion is present.In order to reinforce the structure, the edge wire has a greater diameter than the mesh wire.The gabion box is divided into units by means of diaphragms positioned at approximately 1m centres.

 

Gabion box is basket or mesh roll made of twisted hexagonal wire mesh in 80100mm,hot-dip galvanizing or galfan(zinc 95%, aluminum 5%).
