5mm PVC Foamex Boards Printing

Direct print onto 5 mm foamex pvc boards (foamex). The most universal display material. Foamex is strong, durable and also flexible. Perfectly flat and smooth surface ensures an excellent printing result for the most demanding indoor exhibition displays and outdoor signboards. We can print direct onto foamex boards.The printed resolution is 1440 dpi , the quality will not fade within 3 years .The ink and board is waterproof and uv protect. Any shape we can cut and double sided printed is ok for us.

How to pack the PVC Sign Boards ?

1. if the size is small ( within one square meter ) , we will pack each piece with opp bag and 20-30 pieces in one export carton

2. If the image is stickers laminated on the board ,then we can cut the board into small pieces ,but the sticker will be whole without connect ,then we fold the sticker,when you open the sticker,it still looks good for whole signs.

3. if the image printed on the board directly ,then we will pack them with large size export carton with wooden outer side of the carton.
