QZC Series Electric Vacuum Conveyer

Application:
QZC Series Electric Vacuum conveyer uses spire pump to take out the air, to make sure the inlet of absorb mouth and the whole system to be in a certain vacuum condition, powder material and outer air to be sucked into feeding mouth, forming material flow, through absorb material pipe, and then reach to hopper., the air and material to be separated in hopper. The material after separate, then enter into material receiving equipment. Feeding material----Discharge material is to be accomplished through pneumatic three-way valve keeping open and close, the open and close of pneumatic three-way valve is controlled control center.

It also equips with compress air back flushing device in vacuum conveyer, when discharging material every time, compress air pulse back flushing filter, to fetch down the powders which attach on the surface of filter, to make sure the absorb material can be operate by normal.
