Our grade 430H stainless steel material possesses the standard physical properties and good mechanical properties. Grade 430H is our most popular type of stainless-steel strip, which we produce at 500 MT per month. The 430 stainless steel is ductile, has good forming characteristics and is readily fabricated by such operations as bending, pressing, drawing and heading. Its tendency to harden is much less than that of the nickel-bearing 300-series stainless steel. Compared with chromium-nickel steel, 430 stainless steel does not have as good corrosion resistance. However, it is suitable for interior architectural and decorative household appliance trim, as well as for automotive body molding.
