High Productivity Automatic Nail Pressing Machine with Low Noise
Machine Features:
The mew machine, based on model A and Model B, is developed by referring to similar products and combining with the demand of markets.
1. The supporting bearings of crankshaft and side shaft are rolling bearings,which could make the operation more accurate and flexible and achieve a long service life.
2. Plunger structure or square slide block structure can be chosen for stamping slider block to meet requirments of different products and operators habits.
3. The assembly of gripper die housing can be replaced by those of model A or model B, which improves the exchangeabilities of similar products and is more convenient for users to repair.
4. Using the clamping force offered by 2 rollers and 2 hard alloy bevel surface to clamp and feed wire,which raises the precision of wire feeding.
5. The lubricating oil for the slider friction surface is generally convery by a manual lubrication pump,besides bath lubrication and splashing lubrication.
6. A flywheel with a big rim reduces the wave of speed when the machine is in steady running, which makes the running more stable.
