The machine is used for cold extrusion molding, non-standard nuts, nut sleeve and roller chain, going by
using wire disc, cutting, plastic extrusion, continuous punching, automatic finished products processing.
Descriptions
1. The machine body is molded with nodular graphite steel with good tensile strength and wear resistance.
2. Equipped with automatic fault detector and security protection device, the machine can stop automatically when having fault.
3. Install the non-return device for feeding, so increase the feeding precision.
4. Take S-shape flange for blanking system, the cutting guide plate center is in consonance with the cutter drum center, and the cutting force can be transmitted at one line, which can get the maximum cutting force and most stable cutting.
