Vertical centrifugal slurry pump works under water for delivering heavy concentration corrosive slurry with big particles.Total casing is made by anti-abrasive metal and rubber made by impeller or anti-resistant alloy iron.For vertical slurry pump, all under-water spares are equipped with liner rubber suitable for delivering strongly corrosion slurry.

Vertical Slurry Pump Features:

Replaceable wear-resistant metal liners, impeller&volute liners are made of wear-resistant metal(such as A05,A49,and other high chrome metal or rubber)
Bearing assemblu use cylindrical structure,adjusting the space between impeller&front liner easily, being removed completedly when being repaired.Grease lubrication.
Shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. One pump also can be use packing seal with expeller seal together.
Drive types: direct coupling drive(DC),V belt drive (CR, CV,ZV,CL),etc
The frame adopts oil or grease lubrication, to reduce start time.
This pump can be installed in multistage series for long distance delivery.
