A,The technique function of the rubber-plastic thermal insulation material
1, good anti-permeability from water and moisture
This product regards air as the infilling(heat conduction factor of air?=0.026w/k?.C), and damp resistant factor?≥ 4500,which is a “built-in” water/damp-proof layer.The moisture in air can not enter inside of materials.It can take best affect in moisture separation and thermal insulation even through without any protection layer.
2, low factor of heat conduction
In the case the average temperature is equal to 0 ℃ ,it's factor of heat conduction is ?= 0.034w/k because of high factor of heat release at the surface and amall closed-holes.Under same conditions,this product is better than other products in thermal insulation.
3, good fire resistance
This product includes much fire and flame resistant raw materials.When it is burning,its surface is carbonized to become a fire-resistant layer.This product has such performances as fire resistance,no contraction,no molten drop and automatic out-firing.This product is Inflammable B1 grade according to 《 GB8624-1997 Gradation method of construction materials on inflammable property 》 ,which is the highest grade in organic materials.
4, beautiful appearance,easy to operate
This product enriches the soft function,easy to operate.It can be shaped and adhered according to different products,so as to ensure the tightness of entire system.This product is an environmental protection material and does not affect the worker's health.
