● insurance claims :

C. As a result of unnatural causes of force majeure and non- cargo itself appears damaged in transit , exhibitors should be promptly contact our foreign representative. We will arrange to contact the insurance contracts abroad survey agency . Exhibitors must comply with the insurance agent to obtain the relevant formalities , while exhibitors will be obliged to use the camera scene cargo damage and timely feedback to us, the insurance company will compensate the provisions of the insurance .
D. As a result of our operational errors caused by participating exhibitors can not schedule (except natural and force majeure ) , according to the " Maritime " Article 50 of the definition of delay in delivery of the exhibits failed to expressly agreed time to the designated booth constitute delay in delivery .
