It is suitable for blowing the plastic film such as high density polyethylene(HDPE) film, low density polyethylene(LDPE) film and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) film. Its product is widely used for packing fruit, foodstuff; garments, textiles, daily-use articles and industrial products etc.
Characteristics
l. The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA high quality alloy steel and through nitric treatment, which has high hardness and strong resistance to be eroded.
2. The die head is plated with hard chrome with even and smooth discharging; the blown plastic film is fine finished; the blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
3. The windig unit adopts pressure friction winding or center winding, which is driven by torque motor with even and smooth winding and it is easy to change the roll.
4. Can specially order for the rotating die which can rotate in a circle to make the film stronger and smoother.
