Continuous filtration
When continuous filtration is required at elevated pressure differentials and high operating temperatures with intensive cake wash, the Hyperbaric disc filter (GPJ) is the right choice. It offers high specific filtration rates, easy accessibility to the process area, static seals, and fully automated operation, thus guaranteeing low production costs and highest efficiencies.
Application Scope:
Clean coal flotation, primary slime, chemical and industrial (soda plant) dehydration and solid-liquid separation in industries including ferrous metallurgy, non-ferrous metallurgy, light industry, building material, municipal sanitary sewage (slurry) and so on.
Water content in filter cake:
For treatment of clean coal flotation and primary slime: the water content in the filter cake is 16~20% at working pressure0.25MPa~0.5MPa.
Production efficiency:
For treatment of clean coal flotation: 0.5~0.8t/m2·h; for treatment of primary slime: 0.3~0.6t/m2·h.
Intelligence degree:
The centralized computer control is adopted from pressurization, charging, dehydration, filtration, cake discharging to transportationand so on. It can automatically detect the operation trouble and water content in the filter cake, prompt the maintenance time for eachpoint, etc.
