Application scope:
PYY series of hydraulic cone crusher is a kind of new crushing equipment according to the high energy laminating principle to
meeting the technological requirements of “more crushing and less grinding”. It is mainly used for all kinds of coarse, intermediate
and fine materials with the side length not more than 300mm and compressive strength not more than 350MPa in industries including
hydroelectric power, highway, artificial sand and stone, building material, metallic mine and so on.
Characteristic features:
This crusher has the following characters in comparison with the traditional cone crusher:
1. It adopts hydraulic pressure to adjust the discharging gate and realize the overload protection for convenience and reliability.
2. It is a high energy laminating crusher for selective crushing.
3. It has the characters including simple configuration, high productivity and excellent overload protection performance.
4. It adopts the drive mode of indirect driving the transmission shaft by a belt which expands the safety performance of the equipment.
5. It is equipped with an energy accumulator forming the overload safety system together with the hydraulic system to realize the iron
passing protection.
